Harrisville Towns & Cottages is a mixed residential community located along the edge of Harrisville’s commercial zone, creating a natural transition between business and neighborhood uses. The project includes 90 live-work townhomes, 18 traditional two-story townhomes, and 49 cottage-style single-family lots—offering a variety of housing types to fit different needs and lifestyles. The goal is to create a neighborhood that supports both residential life and small-scale commercial activity. The project is currently in the entitlement phase, with construction anticipated to begin in late summer 2025.
