Kingsbarns is bringing new life to the former Robintino’s restaurant site in Bountiful, Utah. This 2.2-acre mixed-use redevelopment will feature 19 flex warehouse spaces—perfect for a man cave, workspace, or home base for local businesses—along with an office building that will serve as the headquarters for Grnobl and Fier Law. The office space will also provide opportunities for other local businesses to establish their presence in a prime location. Currently in design and permitting, with construction kicking off in fall 2025.
