Riviera Park is a 66-acre mixed-use community coming to Idaho Falls, Idaho. Anchored by a new Broulim’s grocery store and surrounded by retail pad sites pre-leased to credit unions, fast food chains, and medical offices, this high-visibility site is set to become a local hub. In addition to the retail space, the project also includes 385 multifamily units and 175 townhomes—offering a walkable, vibrant environment where people can live, work, and shop.
